Remove the reviews that never should have been there.
We take down false, misleading and defamatory reviews from Google, Trustpilot, Glassdoor and every major platform — using platform policy and law, not tricks. If the review doesn't come down, you don't pay.

One unfair review can cost you customers every single day
Review platforms don't verify who is writing. A competitor, a former employee or someone who has never walked through your door can publish anything — and it sits at the top of your search results indefinitely.

What we do
Review removal is our specialty — reputation is the whole job
We start with the review that's hurting you today, then make sure the same thing can't happen again tomorrow.
Google review removal
Our core service. We build the evidence file, cite the exact Google policy breached and escalate until a human at Google reviews it properly.
- Fake and competitor-planted reviews
- Defamatory or abusive content
- Reviews from non-customers
- Off-topic and conflict-of-interest posts
Glassdoor & employer reviews
Employer-brand damage is hard to undo. We handle Glassdoor, Indeed and comparable platforms — including reviews that breach confidentiality or name individuals.
- Reviews from people never employed
- Breaches of NDA or contract
- Named-individual attacks
- Profile cleanup and rating recovery
Trustpilot, Yelp & industry sites
Every platform has its own rules and its own escalation path. We know which argument works where — and where a legal route is the faster one.
- Trustpilot, Yelp, Tripadvisor
- Sector-specific directories
- App store and marketplace reviews
- International and local platforms
Search result removal
When the problem is a page rather than a review — an article, a forum thread, a complaint site — we work to remove it or push it off page one for good.
- Defamatory articles and blog posts
- Complaint and scam-report sites
- Damaging autocomplete suggestions
- Suppression through owned content
Personal information removal
Home addresses, phone numbers, old records and data-broker listings taken down from the sites that publish them without your consent.
- Data-broker and people-search sites
- Leaked contact details
- Right-to-be-forgotten requests
- Executive and family protection
Rebuild & monitoring
Removal is step one. We help you earn genuine reviews from real customers and alert you the moment something new appears.
- Ethical review generation from real customers
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- 24/7 mention monitoring and alerts
- Response strategy and templates
How it works
Four steps. You pay at the end, not the beginning.
Most clients go from first message to removed review inside two weeks.
Send us the link
Share the review or page that's causing the damage. No forms to fight through, no account to create.
Free assessment & fixed quote
Usually the same day, we tell you honestly whether we can win it, how long it should take and what it costs. Nothing to pay yet.
We take it down
Our legal and platform specialists build the case, cite the policies and laws that apply, and push it through the right escalation channel.
Confirmation, then payment
We send proof the content is gone. Only then do you get an invoice. Optional monitoring keeps watch afterwards.
Why clients choose us
Fifteen years of doing the difficult cases
Plenty of agencies will offer to "manage" your reputation. We are measured on one thing: whether the content is still there.
- You only pay when it's removedNo retainers, no setup fees, no charge for cases we lose. Our incentive is identical to yours.
- Legal and platform expertise in one teamDefamation lawyers alongside people who know each platform's moderation process from the inside.
- We tell you when we can't winIf a review is a genuine customer's honest opinion, we'll say so and help you respond to it instead of wasting your money.
- Complete confidentialityCases are handled discreetly. Nothing is published, and your involvement is never disclosed.
- Global coverage, local knowledgeClients across Europe, the US and beyond, with the language and jurisdiction expertise each case needs.
No removal, no fee — in writing
Our quote states exactly what we will remove and what it costs if we succeed. If the content is still live, the invoice is void. It's the only guarantee that means anything in this industry.
Fast, because delay costs money
Average turnaround is 7–10 days. Urgent cases — a review landing mid-funding-round or before a launch — get escalated the same day.
Permanent, not a workaround
We remove content at the source through the platform or the publisher. That means it stays down — rather than reappearing the moment an algorithm refreshes.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Which reviews can actually be removed?
Reviews that break the platform's own rules or the law: fake reviews from people who were never customers, competitor sabotage, defamatory statements, abusive or discriminatory language, content that reveals private information, conflicts of interest, and off-topic posts. A truthful review from a real customer who had a bad experience is not something we — or anyone — can legitimately remove. If that's what you're facing, we'll tell you straight away and help you respond to it instead.
How do you remove a review?
We investigate the review's origin and build an evidence file, then submit a formal, documented removal request citing the specific platform policy or legal provision it breaches. Platforms rarely act on a one-click report; they do act on a properly argued case that reaches a human moderator. Where a platform won't act and the content is defamatory, we escalate through legal channels.
How long does it take?
Most removals complete within 7–10 days. Straightforward policy breaches can resolve in a couple of days; cases requiring legal escalation or involving multiple jurisdictions can take several weeks. You'll get a realistic timeframe in your quote, not an optimistic one.
Is this legal?
Yes. Everything we do runs through the platforms' official policies and established defamation and privacy law. We do not buy reviews, use bots, manipulate ratings or attempt to game any platform — those tactics are against platform rules, they get businesses penalised, and they don't last. Our whole approach is that the content should never have been published in the first place, and we prove it.
What does it cost?
It depends on the platform, the content and the complexity of the case. After looking at the review we send a fixed quote, usually the same day. We work on a no-win, no-fee basis: if the content isn't removed, you owe nothing. For most clients this is considerably cheaper than instructing a law firm directly.
Do you guarantee removal?
We won't promise a result we can't control — anyone who guarantees 100% removal on any platform is overselling. What we do guarantee is that you don't pay unless it works. Across the cases we accept, our success rate is around 95%, and we're deliberately selective about which cases we take on so that number stays honest.
Will anyone know I hired you?
No. Every case is confidential. We never publish client names without written permission, our involvement isn't disclosed to the platform's other party, and the reviewer is not contacted by us on your behalf.
Do you work with individuals as well as companies?
Yes. Roughly a third of our work is for private individuals — professionals with a defamatory review attached to their name, people dealing with harassment content, or anyone who has had personal information published without consent.
Which countries do you cover?
We work globally, with particular depth in the EU, the UK, the Nordics and the United States. Cross-border cases are routine for us; the legal route simply differs by jurisdiction and we'll explain which applies to you.
What happens after the review is removed?
We send you confirmation with proof. From there you can either close the case or add ongoing monitoring, where we watch for new mentions and flag anything that appears — often before you'd notice it yourself. We can also help you generate genuine reviews from real customers so your rating reflects reality.
